- Is the Homeowner Association Required?
- Yes. This is a PUD (Planned Unit Development) and membership in the
Association is required. For the period January 2007 to December, 2007,
the annual association fee is $2,446
and it can be paid monthly at $204.00 per month. Increases are
limited to 5% per year without a vote of the owners.
- What Maintenance is included?
- Building exterior, roof, lawn, pool, streets,
pest control (exterior termite and lawn pests)
- What other services are provided through the Association?
- Trash & garbage, basic Cable TV, street lighting.
There is a fire hydrant within 1000 feet of most buildings, and all units
have sprinkler systems connected to building alarms. Water pressure to the
sprinkler systems is provided by the HOA.
- What utilities do I need to arrange?
- Water, electricity, telephone, homeowner's
insurance (HO3) and any additional cable services such as digital, HDTV,
and broadband Internet.
- What Rules do I need to know about?
- All Owners and occupants must abide by the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions plus
any other rules passed by the Board of Directors such as pool hours.
