The day-to-day management of the
Bayshore Townhouses common areas has been contracted to SunCoast
Property Services.
SunCoast Property Services does not maintain
an office at Bayshore. I provide the following
information to the residents of Bayshore Townhomes only, for their use to be able
to contact the Management company if the resident or owner should lose/misplace the contact
information.
Important Update
On March 3rd, 2010, the Board of Directors voted to hire a new management company.
At the meeting, our Association President said that SunCoast has offered to stay
until "the end of the month" (March) to assist in the transition.
The new management company will mail new contact information.
